What is so public? Garbage. What is so public about a so called 'community survey?' that excludes the old, disabled, and poor? Small words, that living here as one of these groups is so hard, and in no small part due to city actions. After all, if city hall accords only the well-heeled and/or fortune citizens to 'help determine city priorities,' then those without access to internet and smart phones are silenced from voicing their critical concerns. I have protested city hall's policy of exclusion many times to be muted by various representatives.
