coldsnowstorm/iStockTwo Sonoma County businesses were caught in a decoy operation for selling booze to kids. Police issued citations to employees at a business in Rohnert Park and another in Cotati Friday night. Officials did not name the businesses. Rohnert Park police took part in a multi-agency minor decoy operation along with the Cotati Police Department and the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
