(Maggie Fusek/Patch)ROHNERT PARK, CA — A crash Thursday between a SMART train and a car was blocking Rohnert Park Expressway, authorities said.The incident was ongoing as of 6:15 p.m. Thursday and was delaying all trains by 30 minutes, according to SMART and the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety. "Avoid the area of Rohnert Park Expressway at the train tracks due to a train versus vehicle collision," police said in a Nixle alert.
