The Rohnert Park City Council meeting met Tuesday January 24 at City Hall with all five council members present. After the pledge to the flag and two proclamations handed out, the council turned to a night of business. The SAFE team gave their report of 1,486 calls for service with 1,298 cases through dispatch. The team also served 20 residents with suicide ideation. SAFE referred 44 residents into behavioral health programing. 1,194 were publicly assisted which works with unhoused individuals.The good news for the SAFE team is they moved into the 6250 State Farm property and began their 24 hour per day programming.
