Public Safety Officers say that since the beginning of the year, they've received 17 reports of this type of activity in various neighborhoods, business parks, and public spaces where thieves can 'blend in' but perform their criminal activity in broad daylight. As a preventive reminder, please remember to keep all valuables out of sight in vehicles and always lock doors, windows, and sunroofs.
