An unhoused 21-year-old resident of Santa Rosa was arrested on suspicion of the attack, police said. ROHNERT PARK, CA — An arrest was made Thursday in connection with the assault of an elderly person last month in Rohnert Park, police said. The Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety received a 911 call on Feb. 10 about the assault which took place outside of a healthcare facility in the 6000 block of Commerce Boulevard. Officers responded and tended to the needs of the elderly person who was then taken to a hospital.
