A 19-year-old woman suspected in a Rohnert Park sandwich shop shooting has been charged, more than two months after the Nov. 13 incident, with carrying a concealed, loaded weapon. Jade Cutrer, of Rohnert Park, appeared Thursday for arraignment in Sonoma County Superior Court, according to court records. She was granted pretrial release and is scheduled to enter a plea Feb. 14. Cutrer is charged with a felony count of possession of an unregistered and loaded pistol,court documents indicated. She was arrested Nov.
